Update Colour Scheme and Update Screenshots

Issue #889 resolved
Jeremy Hopkins created an issue

Change default colour screen to CU / 3-Bits Blue and update screen shots on Moodle.Org

It would be worth making some exports of presets at the same time and adding those to Moodle.Org and the Adapatable website.

    I think it would be useful to have a default announcement message in the ticker which is on by default when installing the theme. This would be better than it saying "undefined".
