Make Tiles Plugable

Currently there are two tile styles, coventry tiles and standard / bcu tiles. These are hard coded in one of the renderers which makes them harder to modify / maintain. A better approach if it is not too much effort would be to make tiles plugable.

One way would be to create a sub directory "tiles" and add the renderers there and see if they can be included recursively. I am not sure if it is possible to look for those files in the theme settings though. That wold be needed to include each included file in the drop down list used to select the tile.

This is a nice to have rather than a necessity, if it cold be implemented easily it would be worth doing, if it is a lot of work then we would not want to invest time in it.
