Where can I find additional profiles?

Currently, two profiles (version 2.5.1 and 2.6.) are available by default. I wonder where I can find other profiles to import into the web app. Can I use the schemas from this website: https://www.hl7.org/implement/standards/product_brief.cfm?product_id=185? (as soon as the files are available again on October 31st)
