npgsql not found

Download and install npglsql, restart, but still doesn't show up in Data Providers. Windows 10.

    that's because the new versions of Npgsql are no longer automatically registered in GAC.

    I asked and talked about this issue here, not long ago: https://github.com/npgsql/npgsql/issues/2170

    Please reinstall Npgsql making sure you select this time "Npgsql GAC Installation".

    (Or you may manually add it to GAC, if you know how.)
