Issue #57 resolved

The image quality of my Multisense S7 is not very well, it is not enough clear and the depthimage is almost black. Is there any documents about optimizing the image quality of sensor? thanks!

    Hi,

It looks like you just have a normalization issue with the depth image. The MultiSense depth image is stored in the canonical format (http://www.ros.org/reps/rep-0118.html#canonical-representation). If you disable normalization of the image, and manually specify min and max ranges to 0 and 10 respectively, you should see a normal depth image.

From the attached screenshot your image looks normal, and it looks like you are getting a valid point cloud. Are there any other image quality issues you are seeing?
