Timestamping changes in MultiSense SL Firmware v3.0 beta?

After updating to the new firmware, it appears that timestamps of sensor data have an offset of multiple seconds from the rest of data published on our (Atlas) system. We have been using some PPS-related customizations in the driver for sync with the robot and those appeared to work fine with Firmware prior to v3.0. Any suggestions on what the issue might be are highly appreciated.
