Failed to compile with CrossVCL 0.96 a normal VCL application

I am trying to compile a normal VCL application with only one form without any code but failed on Ubuntu 16.04LTS & Ubuntu 17.10 with Tokyo 10.2.1. Below is the error message.

For 16.04LTS [DCC Error] E2597 N:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\19.0\bin\ld-linux.exe: error: cannot find -lGL

For 17.10 [DCC Error] E2597 N:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\19.0\bin\ld-linux.exe: error: cannot find -lgcc_s
