TMonthCalendar and TDateTimePicker

The TMonthCalendar component incorrectly subtracts the month at startup. Today is 09/24/2019 and it puts on 10/24/2019. When you try to click on the 31 number you get an error.
TdateTimePiker does not work correctly on Linux (works like a regular TEdit). Can I expect it to work similarly to Windows?
