Still Version 1.16 online (and NOT 1.17)?

I did not recieved a mail-info about download for version 1.17 (last mail was from 2 nov. 2019 about version 1.16). But I used the “Permanent link to download latest version”. The Name of the file is crossvcl-1_17.zip, libcrossvcl.so is also from 2 nov 2019.

I ask, because I have still problems with 24-Bit Bitmaps producing garbage in same drawing cases and wrong values for bitmap.canvas.pixel[]… (with 32-Bitmap all is OK)
