TPicture.LoadFromFile crashes the app, if image has 8 bit Pixelformat / Grayscale Palette

If you load a jpg or pngimage that has 8-Bit Pixelformat then the app crashes.

Error-Message: Exception ECVclException in module FileIO at 0000000000598415.
CreateHalftonePalette not implemented.

Any WorkAround for that?
