button's pop-up menu does not appear.

Hello Sir,

Delphi 10.4.1 / CrossVCL Trial V 1.24

After create button, connect PopupMenu but button's pop-up menu does not appear.

button,memo and treeview pop-up menu does not appear.

check attach sample files.
