MACOS: Filterindex of Opendialog starts with zero (instead of 1)

Normally the filterindex starts with ”1”, not with zero. Under Linux it is ok, but under MacOS not. So if you have one entry for filter and filterindex is set to “1” then the app crashs (if you set filterindex to zero, then it works, but this kind of different behavior is unexpected and should be fixed therefore).

SaveDialog has also problems under MacOS. For a filter “Adressdateien (*.hdb | _.hdb) it shows “Untitled._hdb.*hdb”) in the saveas-dialog (sd2.filename was set normal: “'/Users/harrystahl/Documents/PCAdress/privat.hdb'“)
