Wrong Brush-color in ownerdraw-event on Ubuntu 20.x / Linux Mint

When using canvas.fillrect in an owner-draw event (TListBox) on ubuntu 16 or 18 we will have the right background color (for normal or selected text). But on ubuntu 20 / Mint we have a grey background, see attached screenshots. On Ubuntu it should be orange and on Linux mint green.

I’m confirm the same issue in Ubuntu 20 for the selected item of the VirtuarStringTree component. Selected Node have grey color like on screenshot above
