The supported version in 1.65 is 21.02.03. Maybe the install does “understand” 21.1.3…..

That's exactly why I haven't bought CrossVCL yet. Neither DevExpress nor the current version of FastReport is supported.

It may be that this is actually the task of the developers of these tools. However, they are not interested. In fact, these tools

are useful without customization, whereas CrossVCL is only useful if you can use it with Third Party comps as well.

You misunderstood my comment. I think CrossVCL is useless if DevExpress doesn't work. The developers of CrossVCL can't blame them for not updating their components either coz tehy are working perfectly outside of CrossVCL. However, CrossVCL can only be used with third-party components, otherwise I can switch to FireMonkey anyway. Since most of my projects are based on DevExpress and DevExpress doesn't work with CrossVCL, I have to switch my projects to Firemonkey. Why should I buy a tool for an insane amount of money if it doesn't work after all. I can buy FireMonkey components right away.
