I also noticed that your SDK called 'Command Line Tools", usually it called MacOSX X.X.X. Do you have Xcode installed on your Mac ?

As recommended I set "Use MSBuild externally to compile" to true. Now text of error changed a little: [dccosx Fatal Error] Internal Error: AV00575DB3-R00000014-0

I think I don't know. I took ready to use macOS Sierra 10.12.2 Image for VMWare.

Then you should first setup your Delphi to work. I really don't know if it possible to use macOS in VM, because in most cases isn't really original macOS.

Try to install Xcode and re-setup SDK in Delphi
