Missing GDI Functions

first: Great work. I like what i see. For a Beta 0.2 ist is good!

I'm testing some own Components with CrossVCL. What i have seen so far: Some GDI-functions like CreatePen etc are missing.

Windows OffsetRect is missing.

Some error messages like Mar 2 12:11:43 ControlsDemo[39608] <Error>: CGContextClipToRect: invalid context 0x0. If you want to see the backtrace, please set CG_CONTEXT_SHOW_BACKTRACE environmental variable. in the PAServer Console.

Imagelists are not working at these state i think?

Fixed at 0.2.214
