Installer did not create DCUs

Trying out CrossVcl 0.41, the installer failed to get any DCUs created, causing the sample project to fail to compile as Vcl.Forms was missing.

Workaround was to compile the (successfully patched) sources myself, and copy the resulting DCUs to C:\Program Files\CrossVcl\Lib\19.0\OSX32\Debug manually.
