Simple VCL application that do not work (TBitmap or TImage)

I'm surprised, my AsciiShape editor do not display any bitmap

it use only TBitmap Canvas and TImage in a very standard way

In fact the problem is about TMemo.Lines, if I use a TStringList the bitmap shows something, wrong, but at least something :)
