When using TMemo we normaly would expect, that the linebreaks are char of ~~#13~~ (~~#10~~ is MAC, ~~#13#10~~ is Windows).

But here TMemo has char ~~#12~~, see attached screenshot.

Yes, you are right TStrings uses ~~#12~~ as LinkBreak. This 100% RTL behaviour and we can not address it.
