WordWrap is not working in TMemo

Hi there,

Found some issue with TMemo. If wordwrap property is set True, on AstraLinux TMemo doesn't increment lines and text is going out of the contentlayout and become invisible.

Simple app below in archive.

Version of AstartLinux: SE 1.6 (smolensk)

    It works fine on AstraLinux Orel and other distros. Smolensk looks like use patched version GTK+
