Submit button doesn't change back on upload error

As a student on a lab page, if a file upload fail (e.g. file too big), the "Submit" button remains in the "Wait for upload to finish..." state, even a subsequent file is successfully uploaded.

Note that even in this state, the button can be clicked. That might be a problem if the upload is really not yet finished.
