Better error message when submitting after the deadline

Apparently, this is what you get if you submit after the deadline (i.e. you go to the lab page before the deadline so the submit button is activated, wait until the deadline has passed and then press submit):

Error message could be clearer and status could be either 403 forbidden or 410 gone.
