"Download all" including an already accepted submission

The tarball included the corresponding pending submissions but also a (single) submission which had already been accepted (out of many which have been accepted) and had been graded by a different grader.

The submission could have been reassigned before grading, but so would have surely been the case with other already graded submissions.

I pushed a change that might fix it, but I don't have access to your Fire instance, so I cannot verify that it helps.

In any case, please let know if this happens again.

I tested it out now on the course's Fire instance (it's mmps-16); it still includes that already graded submission.
