Download button is not working in some systems

Download button on a submission page is not an icon, but a Unicode symbol, put there with CSS. In some fonts the glyph for that is absent and grader can't see the link and basically cannot donwload files.

Should replace the symbol with a picture or something.

The font is should be included in the resources of the pages and it's a common practice nowadays to use fonts as icons. Can you try to find the cause of the problem before downgrading to images?

After a second look, you are right, the font is there. The computer I saw this bug on had custom fonts disabled in Firefox, hence the problem. We still need some graceful degradation, will think about it later (are there similar issues in other places?).

I suggest closing this with a wontfix: I don't think we should cater to every possible browser configuration out there like disabled webfonts, images or javascript.
