Hide group column when there are no groups

Some courses do not have group labs (or groups for that matter). This is the case of the now ongoing FAFL course.
However, the list of students still shows a group column, which wastes screen space:
https://fafl-lp4-18.frs.cse.chalmers.se/admin/students
Is it possible to hide this column when it is not relevant?

Yeah, I see. We would have to check that neither of the students is a member of a group.
