My fire account not working

I have a problem with my fire account.

When I registered for the first time I used my private email. ([e-mail]) but I decided to use my university email ([e-mail])

Then I start to receive an internal server error. I tried to reset my password with both emails didn't work.

So please give me a way forward. You can contact me in case you need any extra information.

Note: I need to submit my labs ASAP using this account.
