Standard answers to submissions

Quite ofter a grader ends up having a set of common answers to the lab submissions. As far as I can see it, currently everyone just keeps them in a text file. It would be cool to store them in Fire (and possibly share between graders) with an easy way of pasting in the answer form.

Things to think about: * Should the answers be shared for the whole course or just within the lab? * Should they be shared between the graders by default? Should they be private? * Can they be edited after creation? By whom? * The same course, running for several years would probably have the same set of common answers. Should there be import/export feature of some sort?
