Log out button is too apocalyptic

The log out button looks like it is going to shut off at least fire, if not the entire internet. It needs to be more timid.

That was the closest icon for logout that we have in our version of bootstrap. It's not the best one, agree. I'll need to update bootstrap and/or fontawesome to put anoter one, though.
