Do not show the files upload form when the deadline has passed

Evgeny Kotelnikov created an issue

When the deadline has passed a student still can go to the lab page, upload the files and click "Submit". It is only after that that the error message pops up. I don't see a reason not to hide the files upload form and show the alert to begin with.
