It is convenient for some people to have a backup of all the files in the course, even for accepted submissions. So, we need a button that does that. It's sort of similar to the export button in the roster.

Probably can be merged with issue ~~#60~~.

PS it would be nice if the paths in the downloaded archive matched the URLs, e.g. labs/3/submissions/group20
