The "Course report note" field should not be related to a review

Currently, there is the Grade field and the Note field in the graders review. Whereas the grades are shown in the roster, notes are sort of just for the graders on the submissions page. I seems like notes should not be attributes of the review, but rather entities on their own, connected to the combination of lab and group.

Also, we don't really need two separete fields, what we need is one field, detached from reviews, displayed in the roster.

I just had a conversation with Dag and he wants this for his course. More precisely, he wants a field for grade/notes that is shown in the roster and that he can modify without fire sending a mail to the students.
