Warn about anachronistic deadlines

Fire should warn the user that sets a deadline for an assignment if:

  • The deadline is in the past, and/or
  • The final deadline takes place before an intermediate deadline.

This error may happen if, during December 2015, a user wants to set the deadline for an assignment due January 2016. The user may set January 2015 by mistake.
