Suggestion - optionally move all crosshairs simultaneously

Suggestion: Sometimes I would like to move the entire red outline without changing its shape or size. Maybe holding down a key such as Shift could cause all the crosshairs to move simultaneously.

This already works by holding down Ctrl and moving the mouse pointer over one of the crosses so that it turns yellow, then just left mouse button drag the cross and both crosses move at the same time, and the rectangle size won’t change.

Just remember to release the mouse button before Ctrl.
