generic furnace style GUI burn meter request

CS GUI should have functions (and necessary supporting attributes) allowing furnace style progress bars/meters to be added to any GUI.

On the javascript side of things this would require new attributes for the source and destination coordinates of the GUI texture as well as a method for setting the progress/filled percentage of the meter that would be accessible through events.
