No SMP GUI functionality

Former user created an issue

On most recent of the mod/forge on 1.7.10 as an op. On the server its basically treating the gui as disabled despite being set to false. Works fine in single player.

    That's intended behaviour. Adding things on the fly on a server would require a lot of work. It's not going to happen. Also this is related to Custom Stuff 3 not 2.
