Block attribute - snowable

Hi, X2 Please could You make a new attribute for blocks. That would make them unsnowable ?

(snowable = true; snowable = false;)

I made my custom block for roads (I'm using Flans Cars mod). But in snowy biome.. I lost my roads under snow.. and torches are not optimal solution.

Even I can't set material to glass because I wan't that road block will act like stone material for tools atc..

So Please ;)
