What do you mean by this? I personally like the general feeling the app has. It looks like it is native which is nice. I don't recommend having a custom layout.

Well i asked micha to design for us and he wants to be able to make a custom theme or skin if he takes the job he will be the lead designer and it will be his decision

Well he then needs to get Git and Bitbucket access. He can't work effectivly without a Bitbucket account if he is going to be a designer.
