Preparation/playback error

Everytime i watch an anime a message pops up that says "preparation/playback error (1): unknown error" ive tried everything from closins the task to restarting the android box and it keep popping up

    You can try :

    1. to select a lower video resolution
    2. use an external video player like mxplayer
