Search/global search not working

AnimeDLR: 7.1.4 android -device 9.0 Device name: Samsung galaxy note 8

Reproduction steps : 1. Open 9animes/kissanime.ac or any other source that has new shows 2. Search e.g kakushigoto when on the series page or in global page

Expected result: show should be present on selected sources in global search or in regular search.

Actual result: nothing appears in both global search or regular search. Though, kissanime.ac did show up when searching through the actual 'search' option when you swipe for the menu
