Update chapter flags bugs

There are a few bugs:

1. Offline read progression is not being cleaned. Please see issue #78.

2. Online read progression is cleaned, but the data of read chapters is not erased. This can be viewed in exported configuration file.

3. Erasing history on Recently Read have no effect in cleaning online /offline read progression.

4. Cleaning all read progression of a selected manga requires selection of all chapters from that manga.

1. In the list of offline files, long press a file until the buttons on the toolbar change. You can add more files to the selection then press then button "Mark as not read" in the toolbar.

2. It's because the flag "mark as read" was added with the online progression. You can clean the online progression but keep the flag "mark as read". So cleaning the progression doesn't remove the data anymore to keep the flag.

3. The history and the progressions are 2 different things, you can clean one but keep the other.

4. I'll see to add a select all in the future.

Just wanted to also say that a select all button would be great. As it is the Mark as Read feature is a bit rough to use.
