Pass 1: all sources - download series/latest/new/popular

• Batoto: popular and new send "302 moved temporarily": batoto is redirecting a https request to a http one, so the redirection was not followed.
• dynasty down ?
• kireicake: (i) on latest doesn't work fixed
• kissmanga: download cover doesn't work (Series/chapters) problem with cloudflare
• mangajoy: latest doesn't work return server error but it's ok.
• sense scans: (i) on latest doesn't work fixed
• animestory: 090 - eko c22 fixed
• the icon of hentai sources is not in the files browser. fixed

Pass 2: all sources - read online

• mangahost is broken

Pass 3: all sources - search online

Pass 4: install 3.5.5, use it. Install 4.0.0.

• Test if the database was upgraded without issue.
• Test export in 3.5.5 and import in 4.0.0.

Pass 5:

• If simple reader failed to download all pages, the back button doesn't work.
