suggestion to make perveden faster

Hi Dev! Could you add a button in online search for perveden to download the list then search the field from that list... And that list will be saved and user until user updates the list via that button i suggested to download the list... That would make it work a lot faster maybe faster than other sources.... On v5.0.0B11, the list is updated once a week instead of once a day. In the form, there is a new checkbox to update immadiately.
