Manga traders seems to be broken and only sends you to the web site to view only on their website

Downloaded and tried, half of the Manga work and half don't and give a 404 error check the site and they do exist on it

The series with a 404 error in the app are the series that need an account to download. MangaDLR download the images from the online reader only.

Tested v5 beta 14 and it works.
