ESninemanga and tumangaonline fix

ESninemanga doesn't load chapters, the rest work fine.

TuMangaOnline works fine, but in bookmarks, mangas it doesn't show the episodes that I need to read, and i have to open all mangas one by one to see the new episodes

Tested es ninemanga: I can open a series, open a chapter in the reader. What 's the problem: do you have an empty list of chapters, an error when you open the chapter in the reader, fake images in the reader instead of the manga, ... ?

TuMangaOnline: I bookmarked a series then open it from the bookmark page, I can see the list of chapters and read them.

To dev:

ninemanga redirects to the home page if the url contains "?waring=1" for a series that is not mature => first open the series' page without "?waring=1". If the page contains "Haga clic aquí para continuar la lectura.", open the page again with the waring param to get the list of chapters.

Some news for TuMangaOnline? I don't have problems but if you could fix it. The option "check now" in bookmarks doesn't work for TuMangaOnline. I can share screenshots if you want.

For tumangaonline, I know the cause of the problem but it will be a lot of work to fix it.
