Swipe gesture.

I know that there is an option to disable the swiping gesture on files. Although even when I disable it, I can still accidentally swipe away one of my favorites. It's happened without me noticing sometimes. I'd rather use the list than the card option.

Can you fix this?

1. Add a new section in the settings: Swipe actions.
2. Move the existing settings for files into it.
3. Add a setting to disable swipe in the bookmarks list.
4. Add a setting to disable swipe in the download queue.
