App not working

Former user created an issue

After the recent update I can't start the app. I tried it on Android 4.0 and 4.2 but it's not even starting on those two versions, but it worked on android 8.0. Please Fix and Thanks

    it will work on android 4.4 and lower versions..Just uninstall the version on your phone and install the new version,then it will open
