Downloaded Chapter Sometimes Missing

Hi, I'm using this downloader for a long time, and I'm facing this problem from around 1-2 month ago. The Issue is, when I download a bunch of update from some title of manga-menhua-menhwa, I sometimes realized that a chapter or two is missing, so I need to redownload that chapter. Recently, I found that this problem affects more often, that once I do the update chapter and download, there always be 1-3 chapter is missing from different titles. Is this a problem from app or my device? I hope this can be fixed, or of the problem is from my device I really apreciate a solution, because it's so tiresome looking for the missing chapter, and it's annoying when I read it and then jumped the story because there is one or two missing chapter.
