Drag&Drop to Gimp

When drawing and dropping on Gimp (with Ctrl key selected), Gimp fails to load the Png file. Probably it is due to the fact that there is no time to create the file.

The problem does not happen with other programs (tested in Photoshop and Paint.NET), which may indicate that drag and drop in Gimp works weirdly, but I think there could be one solution which is to generate the file at the beginning of the drag event insted of on the SetData method.
