Improve user feedback during drag&drop

Issue #17 new
Darío Cutillas Carrillo repo owner created an issue

Mouse icon should change to indicate what is allowed and not allowed when dragging over Smart Fpg Editor.

The editor should also indicate somehow what is about to happen if the graphics are dropped.
