misaligned textures

Американский Шпион created an issue

at the very beginning of e1m2b there's a lamps in front of and behind the player with badly misaligned textures. they are correct in the same location of e1m2a. sorry, no shots

    Doing an entire fix-up job on one of the v1.0 maps we have to work with (which have tons of misaligned textures due to v1.2 texture resizing) for just a single misalinged texture is a lot to ask. Maybe, but it won't be a priority.

    Is there a trivial way we can override it's value via a map hack in the gamecode like quake 2 did for various maps?

    No, that only works for entities. Texture alignment is part of the texinfo lump, and is stored differently than in the uncompiled .map file.

    I created this issue not just for singlr texture, but fol all future findings too. so it's basicly neverclosing issue
